A Canmephian born with more than two testicles per scrotum, in even numbers, are considered to be polyorchid. Care and training allows an affected fur to lead a good life.
However, no cure has been found for affected Breeders, who redefine the term "extreme sex maniac". They are called Fiend class WolfSkunks.
