Prehensile Penis

Some Draconic Canmephians also have this mutation, which renders the penis uninflatable lengthwize, but usable as a secondary tail. Because of the Draconic mutation, the penis's uninflatability is overcome by it's abilty to stretch.
This is also called the "Rashana Python" or "Python" mutation, the former at the insistance of the first fur found, WolfSkunk Lt. Rashana (CMSC).
