Nurses are in line with the "Wet Nurse" of Sol 3 lore, possessing six breasts in a two-per-row, three row fashion. Only the breasts are inflatable, because they are inflated with milk. This effect starts after puberty, and can sometimes impeed movement -- thus a Nurse is frequently "milked" on the order of every few months. A Nurse's male genitalia is naturally large. Nurses frequently take on medical fields.
A Nurse'Taur has some caveats to the taur morph.
