Nali's have four arms and two chests in a 'stacked' arrangement. This adds a second pair of breasts for a WolfSkunk. Nalis have been seen mostly in engineering or archetecture fields, for they love to build.
Nali's with six breasts (an additonal row) are not Surgeons and must not be treated as such.
